​Alabama Climate Control truly prides themselves on quality customer service. As a customer who was overly frustrated because my AC went out at the most hotest time of the season; they immediately understood my needs and concerns. They treated me with the utmost respect, genuine concern, and care.
​Not to mention, I contacted their after-hours department, and before I could even leave a message, someone was already returning my call—that’s award-winning customer service if you ask me! The original HVAC tech who answered assured me he’d have the office contact me first thing in the morning, and they proved they are a company of their word when I received that phone call right on schedule as promised.
​I was greeted with a prompt call from Ms. Nori—again, customer service above reproach—followed by the technician, Jeremy, who called prior to arriving and communicated every single step of the way. Jeremy went above and beyond, which clearly shows how passionate he is about his profession.
