So my almost 9 year old Train air conditioner/ heat pump stopped working. Disappointing since they don’t make them like they used to. However, Rocky from Alabama Climate Control quickly diagnosed the problem ( bad motor), made sure it was still under warranty, went to retrieve the new part, and in no time at all our hot upstairs was cold again and working wonderfully! Rocky is a fabulous technician professional and kind and made sure everything was perfect before he left.
Also, late the day before I managed to call before they closed around 4:00 and the very nice woman answering the phone made sure she put me down for as early as possible. I don’t think anything could have gone any smoother so good job! Alabama Climate’s number is in my phone always since I have 3 units and I always trust them.
