With a robust background in HVAC/R controls sales and project management, he excels in guiding the team and setting strategic directions. Known for his caring and nurturing approach, Michael makes it his aim to ensure that both employees and clients are treated as part of the family.

Michael is a passionate traveler, fisherman, and a self-professed home chef, known for his delicious brisket. He’s often been found saying, ‘We don’t have many leftovers at my house.’

Michael has a big heart for people and is a believer in having as many friends as possible. He enjoys socializing with family and friends, and lives with his wife and two teenagers, who also contribute to the family business.

Chris Carter brings over a decade of expertise in HVAC service, installation, and design. As the General Manager, Chris oversees operations, addresses technical and administrative challenges, and ensures a fair and supportive environment for both staff and customers.

Outside of work, Chris is a true outdoorsman and a family man. He enjoys camping, fixing things, cooking, and making new friends, and is known by many for his outgoing nature. Family is central to his life; a dedicated father and husband, Chris is married to his best friend, Amanda, and loves spending quality time with his two young children.

Jason Bridges has been a vital part of Alabama Climate Control for over two decades, leveraging his extensive 32-year career in HVAC service and sales. With his NATE certification and electrical service degree, he excels in managing project estimates, building new client connections, and serving as a facilitator between the company and its customers.

Jason, a Madison County native, is known for his fun-loving and personable nature. With a unique ability to relate to others and build friendships, Jason has mastered the art of bridging gaps between ACC and its clients. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, camping, and attending races.

Nori brings over two decades of administrative expertise to her role at Alabama Climate Control, where she has been a cornerstone for the past four years. As the primary contact for client interactions, she manages service calls, schedules projects, and oversees warranty claims.

Nori’s home life is characterized by a tight-knit family, a quality that she extends into her professional demeanor as a guardian and caretaker for every client she assists. Outside the office, Nori is deeply family-oriented and approaches life with a “family first” mentality, and enjoys spending time watching football, enjoying movies, and exploring estate sales with her loved ones.

Kim Cosgrove, with her diverse background in property management, manufacturing services, and dispatch coordination, has been an essential member of the Alabama Climate Control team for three years. She handles all commercial repairs and maintenance, manages parts ordering, and nurtures VIP client relationships. With a solid foundation in both technical and clerical roles, Kim is stable, steadfast, and exceptionally capable in her position.

Raised near Monte Sano State Park, Kim has a lifelong appreciation for nature. She is an avid reader and enjoys spending her downtime with her beloved pets.

Tammy brings a unique blend of skills to Alabama Climate Control, with experience as a veterinary technician, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and customer service expertise from her time at Georgia Power. Now with ACC for four years, she manages client accounts and ensures all licensing and insurance requirements are up-to-date.

Originally from Maine, Tammy has a deep love for the outdoors, often found horse riding or adventuring in nature. She is known for her empathetic approach to life, making everyone she interacts with feel understood and valued. Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her husband, her German Shepherd, and maintaining their family farm.
