Alabama Climate Control did a wonderful job. Rocky was very thorough in determining cause and effect. He kept me informed during the entire process. Needed part was ordered/delivered and installed on the date promised. Rocky determined that a recently installed thermostat (by another company) was incorrectly programmed and corrected accordingly. Rocky didn’t leave until the entire system was determined to be operating correctly. I am very pleased that I chose Alabama Climate Control.
