Air Conditioning Maintenance in Alabama

Alabama Climate Control is the best!!! They installed our new HVAC system several years ago. We have our yearly check up with them. We have not had any issues with our system. So nice to not have to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Alabama Climate Control did a wonderful job. Rocky was very thorough in determining cause and effect. He kept me informed during the entire process. Needed part was ordered/delivered and installed on the date promised. Rocky determined that a recently installed thermostat (by another company) was incorrectly programmed and corrected accordingly. Rocky didn’t leave until the entire system was determined to be operating correctly. I am very pleased that I chose Alabama Climate Control.

I can not express enough how happy I am with the service I received yesterday. I spoke with Tina to schedule and she was so friendly and understanding of my schedule, and seemed happy to accommodate me. Brandon was my tech and he was incredibly honest, ON TIME, efficient and professional. He did not try to oversell me things I did not need, he reassured me on a few things with my unit… but more importantly- he did not treat me as if I was an idiot. Their prices are fair, upfront and I was detailed on them when I made the appointment and before Brandon did any work. They will certainly be my only call for service in the future!

I have been a customer for many years and have always received great service. Therefore, it was only logical to turn to them for the installation of a new heat pump. The installation proceeded without any problems. The technicians were professional in every way.

My house seemed warm about 8:00 at night and I noticed that the outside unit wasn’t running. I called hoping to leave a message and maybe get on the list for early the next day. Instead, they said they would be here in 15 minutes which they were and fixed it right then. Excellent service

He was knowledgeable, willing to share tips, & informed me of everything he was doing to diagnose the issue. Ultimately he provided us with the best and most reasonable solution for our HVAC needs. I needed an new HVAC system during this 90 degree heat. ACC installed a new system within a few days. They are great to work with and I would recommend them.

Rocky made an emergency call to evaluate an AC problem. He promptly and expertly fixed the issue and got us back up and cooling for the 90+ degree weather we are experiencing.
